Just watched this again last night. I’ve never done a bigger 180° on a film before. This is easily one of the best films I’ve seen in the last 20 years and I completely dismissed it as ‘just another trip down dystopia lane’ when it first came out.

Got a nice little upgrade from the stadium staff after “exchanging words” with the drunken homophobe sitting behind us. It was a great lesson for Shane to witness: Call out hateful and idiotic men every chance you get.
The best part (aside from shutting this idiot up) was that the guy’s friends didn’t back him up at all and seemed genuinely relieved that someone had called their buddy out.
